Q: Can I get some free sample?

A: Yes. Samples will be free if you purchase at least 1000pcs bags in our company.

1 You would pay for the samples and we will arrange shipment for you.

2 We will refund the sample fee, if you are satisfied with the sample,and order with down payment (30%)

Q: Will you be responsible for the goods when shipping?

A: Generally the logistics company we cooperate can send the cargo to where you want. Besides, 

we promise that goods will be arranged as soon as possible and delivered in the shortest time.

Q:What do I pay for shipping?

A:For normal orders, shiping fees will charge on you. If you are a wholesale

customer, we have different options if you wish to buy in bulk.

Q:How do you ship paintings?

A:We only use reputable carriers like EMS, Fedex, DHL or UPS. We ship unframed paintings in a pretective hard plastic tube. 

Q:What if my painting is damaged during shipping?

 A:In the very rare case that your painting arrives damaged,Please refuse the delivery,so we can receive the package back from the shiping company and claim the insurance funds. We will then paint a new painting for you and will ship it to you within 10 days.This extremely rare circumstance company and as we will paint for you a new painting for absolutely free. 

Q:Since painting charge freight, does that cover customs or taxes?

 A:As with most purchases, paying any local customs or taxes is the customer's

responsibility.However, it has been our experience that 99.5% of the paintings arrive untaxed.

Q:Do you sell paintings or prints? 

A:We sell both 100% handmade oil painting and print

Q:Will your artist sign the painting?

A:Not, most of our painting didn't sign, but if you need, then we can sign as you want

Q:What's the biggest size I can order? 

A:We can accept any size you want, The largest paintings we ever did is  3m(H) by 100m(L).

Q:I have a photograph. Can you paint it?

A:Of course. Every day, we create original pieces from photographs that our customers provide.

Q:Can you add color to black and white photograph? 

A:Yes. That's a frequent request from our customers. We can paint color portraits from old black and white photoes or damaged photos and can even provide some color correction.
